It kind of ties me to the desk and I get more done. <br />When I did time I think I spent more time day dreaming. lol Aimlesswriterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03012050763172251381noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24980911.post-14785124724773547372013-03-25T09:30:32.258-04:002013-03-25T09:30:32.258-04:00I did a word count goal for awhile, but I found it...I did a word count goal for awhile, but I found it restricting, since it only accounts for time actually spent writing (not plotting, outlining, or editing). So I switched to a time goal. I spend 45 minutes a day working on some writing task. If that means I spend 45 minutes staring at the blinking cursor on the screen, so be it, but that doesn't usually happen. The only restriction is that I can't spend that time on Facebook or the internet (unless it's actual research) or anything else. I've only been doing it for a month, but it's working pretty well so far.Tobi Summershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04568662522495853235noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24980911.post-83608070523299391502013-03-22T09:18:23.250-04:002013-03-22T09:18:23.250-04:00I doubt I've made ten pages in a day more than...I doubt I've made ten pages in a day more than 3 or 4 times in my life.Charles Gramlichhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02052592247572253641noreply@blogger.com
