Congratulations California!

Today is the first day for same sex marriages in California. Yay!
And its about freakin' time. Now if all other states follow their lead we might truly have some equal rights for all.
One couple had been together 50 years.
God bless 'em. And I'm sure he does.
Congratulations to all the newly wedded couples in California.

That's awesome! I'm so glad!

I have never understood exactly why some people feel that their personal relational commitments are somehow threatened by someone else's personal relational commitments.

I think thats what irks me most. Its nobody's business who someone sleeps with! Why is that even up for debate. I've said it a million times but; Hello! Land of the Free!
It was nice to see such happy people getting married. That made me smile.

heh yeah. I've always thought, if you feel something is immoral, the best thing for you is not to do it. Abortion, gay marriage, whips and chains, oh my. Just don't do it if you think it's wrong. But don't stand in the way of other people's rights. You can only legislate personal morality so far, IMO.

Last Day of NANOWRIMO --- Oh No!

Where did the month go?  Certainly not on the page. I have an outline, some character sketches but mostly I have a lot of research notes.  ...
